Terms of Service

These Terms are offered by ФОП Пластун Нікіта Андрійович (the “Provider”) and form an electronic agreement governing access to RENDRA. https://rendra.com.ua.

1. Acceptance

You accept these Terms when creating an account and, for paid services, when proceeding to checkout. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service

RENDRA uses artificial intelligence to create product images. One successful generation deducts one “spark”. Sparks are internal service credits, not electronic money; they are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Results are generated automatically and may differ from expectations. You must review text, trademarks, product details, and marketplace requirements before publishing.

3. Prices and payment

The package, spark quantity, and total amount in Ukrainian hryvnia are shown before you confirm an order. Payments are processed by WayForPay. RENDRA does not receive full card details. Sparks are credited only after the payment service confirms a successful transaction.

4. Cancellations and refunds

A spark is automatically restored when generation fails technically. To request a monetary refund, email support with your account email, payment date, amount, currency, and transaction number. Our Refund Policy and mandatory consumer rights apply.

5. Your materials

You confirm that you have the right to upload materials and request their processing. Illegal content, third-party personal data without a lawful basis, and material infringing copyright or trademarks are prohibited. Rights in source materials remain with their lawful owner.

6. Availability and liability

The Provider uses reasonable efforts to keep RENDRA available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted third-party cloud, AI, or payment systems. Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot lawfully be limited.

7. Duration and changes

The agreement starts when you accept these Terms. A revised version applies after publication and does not retroactively change an already-paid order.
