This policy explains how ФОП Пластун Нікіта Андрійович (“we”) processes data about RENDRA users.
1. Data we process
Email address, password hash, role, spark balance, and account creation date; uploaded product photos, instructions, and generated images; order details such as pack, amount, currency, status, and transaction number; and necessary session, security, and analytics data including device type, browser, visited pages, and referral source.
2. Purposes and legal bases
We use data to create and secure accounts, perform generations, store results, process and record payments, provide support, prevent abuse, and comply with law. Legal bases include contract performance, consent, legitimate security interests, and legal obligations.
3. Service providers
Photos are sent to Google Cloud / Vertex AI to perform the requested generation. Generated images are stored in private Google Cloud Storage. Google Cloud provides hosting, database, and storage; Google Analytics provides usage statistics; WayForPay processes payments and related fraud checks. WayForPay processes full card data; RENDRA does not receive it.
4. International transfers
Some providers may process data outside your country. Where required, they use lawful transfer mechanisms and their own security safeguards.
5. Cookies
A necessary HttpOnly cookie keeps you signed in for up to 30 days. Google Analytics may use analytics cookies for aggregated statistics. Passwords, photos, and full payment details are not sent to analytics.
6. Retention and security
Account data and history are retained while the account exists or as needed to provide the service, protect legal rights, and comply with law. Payment records may be retained for accounting and tax periods. We use HTTPS, password hashing, access controls, and private storage.
7. Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, or deletion; withdraw consent; or object to processing. We may verify your identity. You may also complain to the competent data-protection authority.
